Patients with active malignancy are not eligible for this procedure.

Patients who have been diagnosed with malignant tumors and have not yet passed 5 years since confirmed remission must proceed only after consultation with their attending physician.

Patients falling under any of the following categories must undergo thorough consultation with the attending physician prior to treatment:
- Patients with autoimmune diseases currently taking immunosuppressive medications
- Patients taking medications that affect platelet function (e.g., aspirin)
- Patients with a known allergy to local or general anesthetics
- Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, liver disease, or kidney disease
- Patients are advised to avoid steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs whenever possible;
antibiotics are permitted only when medically necessary and should be kept to a minimum
